In SAS® Promotion Optimization, forecasts might not match between a promotion and the sales forecast export. The difference might occur when a promotion support is incorrectly applied in the sales forecast export, resulting in incorrect forecasts. The forecasts in the promotions are correct.
There is no workaround for this issue.
